Just like traditional architecture practices, they have a talented team of designers ready to prepare drawings, secure planning permission, and handle building regulations. Founded in 2016, Resi’s aim is to make residential architecture faster, cheaper, more streamlined and more accessible. Providing 2d floor plans and 3d visual packages, Resi can guide customers through planning, secure planning permission and even connect them to professionals who can complete the build.
Co-founders Alex and Jules recognised the potential for technology to improve the architectural design process after facing challenges with their own residential projects. Both having received MBEs for their contributions to the tech industry they were well prepared to tackle the challenge and have created a faster and cheaper option than anything currently on the market.
Resi now works all over the country, helping people to make improvements to their homes, converting lofts, designing new builds, carry out renovations or adding extensions.
