Bull Project Ltd provides scalable business processing outsourcing “BPO” services for startups by recruiting, hiring, managing and paying salaries in cryptocurrencies for remote teams in LATAM.
Franco started Bull Project Ltd with a partner in April 2020 with a £0 investment and has been bootstrapping since then. When the Covid lockdown started and he noted that redundancy at work was coming he realised he needed to do something to stay afloat and prepare for the near future.
Franco noted that the first 3 months was an incredible challenge because he had to convince clients, make websites, write services agreements, write work contracts, hire employees and provide them with hardware when was necessary. At the same time he was trying to compete in a sector that is led by huge companies or startups backed by venture capital.
However he managed to get their first client in a month and that put his services on the map.
Those first months he worked more than 16 hours a day, 7 days a week where he had to supply services while also doing all the executive’s management tasks too.
Now after more than a year and a half, Bull Project has provided more than 50 thousand websites to clients, hired more than 20 persons in various countries in Latin America and has provided services to clients in the USA, Tel Aviv, London and Mexico.
At the moment Bull Project are developing their own decentralised platform to manage all the recruitment, employee time tracking and payroll payments with cryptocurrencies. This would allow them to reach their target of providing services to more clients, hire more people and achieve the goal of £2 million pound revenue by the end of 2022.
