Group, a leading provider of technology and professional services training, has achieved Tech Industry Gold accreditation for its Business Analysis Training Programmes. This official recognition by independent industry body TechSkills confirms the quality and relevance of FDM’s training for entry to tech careers, following a rigorous process of review and assessment against industry standards.
Tech Industry Gold accreditation also requires a commitment to diversity. FDM, which is widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading employers, recently announced that it has achieved a median gender pay of -9.6% for 2021, a significant improvement from the previous year.
FDM is the first company to be awarded the new accreditation for training programmes, which builds on the long heritage TechSkills has in accrediting degrees and degree apprenticeships which provide high quality pathways into employment. Learners can choose Tech Industry Gold accredited programmes confident in the quality and relevance of their training to their next career move.
Successful learners will also be awarded Tech Industry Gold Digital Credentials which prove job ready skills in a form which makes it easy for employers to understand the skillsets of individuals and match them to job vacancies.
