Lili Metodieva is Managing Director of Monneo, a true end-to-end solution for the eCommerce industry.
Through its innovative technology platform, Monneo allows online merchants to accept card payments, receive settlements from acquirers into dedicated IBAN accounts and pay out, whilst still maintaining control of multiple IBAN and merchant accounts at several different banks all through a single platform.
As Managing Director, Lili Metodieva is spearheading Monneo along an exceptional growth trajectory. She is part of the company’s core leadership team and is personally responsible for managing the operations and business development of the company.
Over the course of her career, Lili has gained experience working with, and alongside card acquirers. Because of this, Lili has great knowledge about VISA, Mastercard and CUP regulations and compliance, online payments, risk management and marketing.
On account of this in-depth knowledge and expertise, Lili has outstanding insights into the real issues facing eCommerce merchants, which in turn, allows her to formulate ideas for reliable and effective solutions that address such problems head-on.
In recent months, Lili has headed up Monneo’s launch in Brazil. This development marks the start of the company’s plans to grow its services into Latin America. Moving forward, merchants operating in Brazil can use Monneo’s service to send and receive money via the country’s most popular payment channels, including PIX.
Similarly, Lili was closely involved in overseeing a recent wave of technological updates to Monneo’s innovative platform. To this end, she helped to oversee the launch of the company’s new card acquiring service, which allows Monneo to offer online merchants even greater flexibility. Through this service, Monneo can now provide a true end-to-end solution for the eCommerce industry in the form of a full payment ecosystem.
Thanks to Lili’s expertise and skills, she has been able to help Monneo achieve an accelerated year-on-year growth in its customer base. Between 2020 and 2021, Monneo experienced an 80% increase in its customer numbers. Alongside this, the company has seen a 30% increase in its staffing levels during the past twelve months alone.
