Inside Out Drinks looks after your body from the inside out, the plant-based, low-calorie drink includes; milk thistle, goji berries, cranberries and hibiscus. So, whether it’s for the purpose of a big night out and you need to be on top form the following day or you’re looking for new products filled with antioxidants, Inside Out Drinks are here to help you.
Bernadette started Inside Out Drinks in 2018, after years of socialising and not being able to function the day after, she tried different recipes and ingredients to make sure the benefits and results were the best they could be. The plant and berry-based drinks are full of natural ingredients that are designed to achieve optimal health, Bernadette wanted to focus on the health benefits customers would receive – emphasising a healthy liver and boosting wellbeing.
Bernadette told us: “The plant and berry-based drinks are full of natural ingredients that are designed to protect the liver and achieve optimal health, I wanted to focus on the health benefits customers would receive – whether that was pretoxing so you could prevent or minimise your hangover, or just to keep your liver in tip top condition.”
However, it doesn’t just have to be enjoyed before a night out. As the drink offers multiple health benefits, it can be enjoyed any time of the day, no matter what your plans are.
Inside Out’s long term plan is to be stocked in Supermarkets in a Grab / Go section, as well as in health food shops and even in bars and cafes- they feel that everyone should have access to their drinks and their benefits especially since a healthy lifestyle is becoming more and more desirable and achievable. They are working on some exciting brand partnerships and will also be launching some new flavours in 2022 – so keep your eyes peeled for the new additions!
