Mallcomm and COVID-19

The main Mallcomm headline coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic was that Oxford Properties Group, which invests in and manages real estate assets on behalf of Canadian pension plan OMERS, has utilised Mallcomm technology to provide ongoing support to tenants during the time the vast majority of Canadian retail outlets were forced to close their door to the public.

They have chosen Mallcomm as their communication and operations technology and together with the Mallcomm team, the global investor launched their own branded version of the platform, known as OxComm, in February 2020.
